The trainer were all amazing. They did a great job
Watching breakaways and interventions in slow motion and then speeding up was very helpful, trainers (including Paul) were fantastic at correcting positions and gave plenty of positive feedback throughout the course, and theory was reinforced with questions and interactive sessions - excellent all around!
