Miranda is fantastic. She wasn’t boring she kept it interactive and kept everyone engaged in the session. Made it all very relatable. Usually get quite sleepy in sessions like this but not once have I felt sleepy

The training was very good as it helped me to refresh my knowledge of the breakaway skills and Restrictive Physical Intervention moves that I have learned last year.
