Last three days were very informative and I have learnt alit about different type of behaviours and different types of breakaway techniques and restraints. Everything I learnt was in detail and not rushed therefore I understood everything clearly. Everything we learnt can be used in everyday situations which is really goodResponse : Hi Jack.
