Very engaging and energetic class.

The course was very informative, I like that there was repetition of the movements throughout and at the end to ensure we knew them thoroughly. Ben was very passionate and a good teacher, like that there was a clear sectioning between theory and practical bits.

The course was excellent Wish to get more practices in a regular basis for refreshments please
