Good trainer. Very approachable, and supportive. Was positive about our team and our training.
Didn’t know what to expect for today’s course, but really enjoyed it. I now appreciate the valve of asking my patients just 2 simple questions to get to know them. Room feedback - to small for the amount of people in it. Bigger room needed, felt squashed

Liam was incredibly competent and enthusiastic throughout the course. His amazing skills and humour kept us engaged and focussed. I feel much more comfortable with the new skills I’ve learned, and I’m grateful for Liam’s guidance.
Always works well with Andy, great knowledge and understanding of the issues and how the setting runs. Have ideas around the issues and needs of learners and staff and spoke about what to look at to improve. Clear and clean with Q and A to check learning
