It's just such a powerful course, made more so by the confidence of the staff, the opportunities for discussion and the powerful real-life examples taking our context and learners into consideration. The trainers are just excellent - they know their stuff; they know the learners and they understand the absolute importance of interventions long before hands-on becomes necessary.
