Tutor really good, Really good for future safety
I am very happy to have attended this course and glad as I have learnt so much today. It has been very insightful and eye opening. I am very thankful to the trainer for all that has been taught to us. Our trainer was very helpful, understanding and engaging.

Ben made the course interesting and enjoyable. Was worried that having to practice holds would be embarrassing in front of everyone but he made it so that this wasn't the case. All 3 days made me feel that I can now safely manage difficult situations with confidence.
It was quite refreshing and very well executed throughout the whole process
