I have completed all levels now and I would like to say I have really enjoyed the course and the consistency (same trainer Ben). I am confident that I can do these restraints (hopefully will not have to). The techniques were not difficult and in no harm. I would recommend this course to other people. It has also been fun and engaging. Good teamwork too.

Had Ben twice and both amazing and engaging services that were a perfect balance of practical and theory, I now feel competent to apply in practice if needs be.
Ben was excellent made the course very interesting and taught us a lot. I feel I am quite confident if I had to use these skills on anybody. Thus course was by the best off the 3 I did . I wished Ben had done them all.

Interactive and really useful. Course trainer was really supportive and taught both theory and practical elements of the day well. Encouraged less confident staff and gave great feedback.
