Great training, always good refresher course
Very good refresher training. Katie & Georgie, were very engaging, and open to discussions regarding PBS, Arousals, restraints and our young person, making the training very person centred.

Really enjoyed the theory. Recapped the importance of effective communication in de-escalation
Good to learn new breakaway skills that I’d not learnt before. Feel more confident in how to stay safe if needed, though hopefully I won’t have to use them!

This course helped me to gain knowledge regarding breakaway techniques and how we can protect ourselves and the patient safely, Had fun in practicing all the skills,looking forward for the level 3 training
