Made feel very comfortable doing the refreshing part of my Sherwood physical part. Got to have a very in depth group conversation on the theory side and learn new strategy’s to use with our kids such as the light system on how them and we can help when escalating.

Kirstie was amazing. This is my third year doing Sherwood and I still take new things each year. It is the first year I have worked with Kirstie and I would happily recommend her to anyone. What a gem :) Having the practical refresher was great and Kirstie adapted all learning to each of us in the room.

Kirstie was fab, really acknowledged that we were a refresher group and focused on the bits we need. Kirstie taught me alternative way to enter the guard and gently guiding in to holds correctly. Great energy and kept the group going
