Genuinely one of the most welcoming courses ive been on, I was paired with very experienced trainers and learned alot of small details that will help me become a better trainer in the future, this refresher was run in a very engaging way that helped me remember and demonstrated what ive learnt throughout the yearResponse : Hi Scott.
