I have done this course many years ago when i previously worked within care setting and i have found this time has really gone in. I have thoroughly enjoyed this. Both the trainers have been easy approachable and i have felt comfortable throughout. I feel confident that when back in care learning these techniques i have been taught some fantastic techniques i can put into practice confidently. Thankyou so much for all of the aspects of the course.

Have had a lot of training in the past, but this is the best one I have had, and the trainers were very proactive and very helpful. I hope to impliment this training soon

The course was delivered well and covered a wide variety including legislation and expectations within our work environment.the practical side of the course Jonathan allowed us to practice has much has we needed until we were all confident

I really enjoyed the practical learning. Got me to understand how to properly restrain a pupil. I enjoyed the workbook and learning the basics procedures. A lot of theory overload but very understandable. Matt was a good trainer, he did well training us horizon care workers.
