I liked the course the trainer was very good made it intresting
It was better having physical activity first because it go us awake and engaged and relaxed with each other breaking tension. Liam was very informative and knowledgeable easy to understand and clear with instruction

Recently attended the 3 day PBS course delivered by Andy and I have thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt a lot! I have previously received similar training through another organisation but this was next level training, very thorough and fun.
