Very good training, enjoyable and engaging. Very informative, Laura was very fun and kept me engaged, Jonathan was fantastic as always. Overall the course was good and the learning will be beneficial to my overall career
The course was helpful and I feel if I need this in the future it will benefit me and residents. I am also aware trainers are there between the courses to offer support if needed

Really interactive. Felt that I learn loads about human behaviour and the causes of this. Very impactful on how to communicate and understand patient experience and how we can best support them within practice when they are distressed
