The specific hold and breakaway training was done very well, it was thorough and repeated enough times. I feel confident knowing I can safely do these holds. The theory part is long and I feel some elements are repeated a lot throughout.
Ben was incredible, he was lively and very engaging. He made the course something interesting to learn and was something I wanted to be involved in.

Really enjoyed the course, very informative and interactive. Ben made us all feel relaxed and comfortable with each other. I feel more comfortable with dealing with behaviours of concerns. I do not feel this course is appropriate for online- needs to be face-to-face more interactive and promotes people to join in. Looking forward to day 2!
The course was informative, engaging, and highly relevant to my role. Not appropriate for online as it would be missing the engaging/ interactive element I gained a better understanding of behaviour as communication and how to respond proactively. The training reinforced the importance of early intervention and person-centred support. Clear, well-structured content with practical examples I can apply immediately
It was a very interesting and needed course for me given the nature of my job. The teacher was very good using examples to drive home the lesson.
