Kirstie and Ben were both amazing for the Positive Behaviour Support training. They were both brilliant and teaching me about everything that we needed to know and showing us the correct breakaways and non-restrictive reactive strategies and restrictive reactive strategies. I greatly appreciate everything that I have learnt in the last three days and it is all very effective for it if ever needs to be applied. Thank you.
