Absolutely brilliant course. Learnt lots of new things that I will put into practice
Very informative. New ideas and ways to enhance quality of life for people or persons I support. Covers relevant legislation and how to protect myself again as well as people or persons supported. Ben was great answered all questions made it very easy to learn. Can’t wait for day 3 of the course when the time comes to get to train under Ben again. Fantastic
The trainer was really informative but also made the course fun and interactive. I really loved how he got you to think about different perspectives and to see it from the people we support’s eyes.
