Genuinely the best course I’ve attended on this subject. Having been out of care for a few years I am reassured to know that there is so much more focus on understanding behaviour and learning to manage in a more positive way as opposed to the more punitive approach that used to be used.

Absolutely fantastic 3 days. I went from feeling anxious and unprepared to a point of feeling confident and ready for the job. A thorough understanding of both the psychology and the physical skills required to do this job. Ben was a fantastic trainer, the kind of bloke you could have a pint with. Would highly recommend pursuing this company for your training needs as their costs are more than justified by their high quality of service. 11/10
