The trainer lee was absolutely amazing not only did. He deliver the training with so much passion that made it feel catching and also opens my eyes to how the young people we support must feel. Lee is a Fantastic trainer, really engaging and understanding. Extremely helpful and willing to explain things in ways each of us understands. Absolutely amazing course, Lee was very professional but made it realistic and easy to understand. I really did learn lots from it and now feel very confident within my work role.
