Lee & Ben were both great trainers. It's been great to see how the course has developed since I last completed it. Loved the focus on keeping people on baseline and how we can use these skills in our personal lives too.Response : Hi Lisa, so lovely to hear that the clear message is how we keep people on baseline rather than how to use any physical intervention, and if it is required that it is a last resort. We'll be sure to let Lee and Ben know about your positive feedback.

Great great great session with both Lee and Ben. They explain everything really well with great examples. Made the whole session very interactive, I will definitely be recommending the course to others. Made the day fun and relaxed as well as well detailed. Answered every question in depth and gave us plenty of time to practice. Thank you!!

Well detailed training with patient and staff safety in mind. We are able to secure and breakaway if in dangerous situation leaving no injury to the patient or staff. Thumbs up to the team.

Really enjoyed the course! Kirsty was a brilliant trainer, really passionate and enthusiastic throughout. I found the course very relevant to my job and I can definitely apply some of the knowledge learnt in my practice.
