Outstanding Andy is an expert in his field Extremely thorough in understanding the needs of the person so that his training is person centred and bespoke Listens attentively to the contributions from the attendees and is able to instantaneously process, respond and give proactive responses and document key information on the flip chart. Andy is also able to carry out a Risk Assessment review
Trainer was very knowledgeable and made the training accessible to all. The trainer was easy to talk to and was available to answer any and all questions.
