Having completed physical intervention before with another Company. I can honestly say Kirstie made this training light easy following and very interactive. The physical side didn't become repetitive and kirstie continuesly kept your interest. Thank you very much for teaching me a safer more friendly way to use physical intervention and the confidence for me to tell my colleagues about this training .
