Excellent course. Delivered at a good pace. Outlining the foundations of excellent behaviour management and understanding behavior. Equipping learners with an overall understanding of different behaviour. Two trainers were brilliant in delivering the course. I believe this type of training needs to be more frequent. To help staff with there overall well-being to support working in challenging conditions.

I have been given new skills to progress in my career the trainer was knowledgeable and very engaging nothing was too much trouble made me feel good about myself lots of praise content was brilliant iam now confident in my ability to use all these new techniques well worth doing.
