Lee, the trainer today is a a very brilliant tutor. He created a relaxed environment, making it easy for me to learn and remember. The theory and the practice sessions were great.
The course was very informative and interesting. The trainer Lee was very knowledgeable and accommodating, he made everyone feel relaxed and excited to learn the training materials. I think Lee's training ability is great as I had learned a lot and I didn't feel bored as he has a very magnetic and engaging personality.

Really enjoyed this training I found the slides easy to follow, if we didn't understand something lee was really helpful he always asked us if we needed any more information he made time for group discussions didn't rush us through. I feel loads more confident with psb now. Also the practical was really interesting and i now feel confident with the training
