I have been in residential care for over 15 years. I must have to say Lee was very transparent delivering the PBS. I feel like I've gained alot of knowledge in descalating when a young person is in crisis. I felt the PI holds was brilliant. Lee was very supportive in difficult situations. I really enjoyed his knowledge and experience as Lee was very transparent with delivering his massage. This will help me when working with the young people.
The course was excellent and very informative.It has made me think in a different way. I felt the course was a little long, as my concentration I felt was lacking after 4 pm
Long day - helpful - some elements repetitive - opportunity to review content to be more reflective of MFT - some of the content as a nurse covered in other training perhaps tailor to clinical staff. Facilitator approachable open to feedback - personal
Very interesting course , learnt a great deal , lots of information to take in in one session but good use of different techniques IE flip chart , videos and PowerPoint . Liam has a wide depth of knowledge which he delivers in an interesting way , makes the day go quicker

Found the course very interesting. In theory all of the advice should be put in practice but as discussed with the course trainer time and funding does not always permit. Liam was fun , informative and enthusiastic throughout the day.
