The course was really detailed and interesting. It makes you stop and think about different causes and triggers for behaviours. Practical was fun and different from techniques shown before. Great trainer thankyou kirsty.
Very interesting course Lee was an excellent tutor and answered any questions that was put to him. My favourite part of the course was the breakaway techniques.

The information and skills from this course will give you a different perspective and a whole new approach towards work and life in general. I highly recommend this course, it's a must-do.
