I enjoyed the 2days . Was a new subject. I will used in my working day.
It was a very well put together course. Which has open my eyes about how to dellover PBS to support customer and staff.
Very interesting. It should be a common practice in all our services. I can't wait to implement this in service. I hope that it will be rolled out to all staff so we can have a consistent approach. Lee was a very engaging training, very knowledgeable about the subject. He believes in what he teaches. Regards

The course was very interesting and Lee was very engaging. The content of the course is really relevant to supporting customers on a day to day basis and also relevant to developing positive staff attitudes and approach.
Only 1 issue. The windows could do with some blinds. Lots of people walking past windows alittle distracting. Pearl did really well explaining all the topics and using her own personal examples of situations.

I found the course very interesting and helpful. I’ve learnt a lot about positive behaviour and has given me confidence in making the right judgement when an incident accurs.

In 37 years never done a course like this ..... needed 2 days as I had a lot to learn ....hopefully I won't need it
His brilliant, vocal, very expressive and carries everyone along. He practicalised everything.
