Good to work through theory again to reiterate what we learnt in first session. Practical session was very useful and real life examples used of when the techniques have worked in the past. Fun and engaging.

The trainer was really good , engaged with the group really well , so did kirsty , really enjoyed it , they made it a nice place to be , thankyou to both of them for the help , i will take away a lot from this course , they made me feel comfortable doing the tasks in front of others too which im usually worried about , Thankyou Liam and Kirsty

The trainers Liam and Kirsty was really interactive and had a laugh with the group and was serious in a good engaging informative way. Even when struggling they came to a 1:1 basic with us which was more private and I was able to learn better. I like to have a laugh throughout the training due to it having more impact on learning the skills and information and this was perfect, the trainers kept my attention constantly when I am a fidgeter and get distracted. It was really fun and the information has definitely stood in my head.
