Am quite far removed from face to face work with customers so found some harder to relate to or think yes I can use with so and so. Principles are good though .

Good content, instructions by Ashleigh easy to follow, didn’t mind explaining again if you hadn’t understood initially. Kept my interest throughout the course. Excellent teaching skills and one of the best trainers I have had the pleasure of being taught by.
