Really good training, I learnt alot, also new break away moves. I have done this training before and didn't learn the move I got shown today. Excellent delivery from Linsey ward.
Training was informative I learnt my restraint skills the teacher made I lots of fun

Very interactive Georgie was amazing! She was very positive and bubbly during the entire session. She has a lot of knowledge relevant to the course and I found it very educational.
Training was really useful. The theory was interesting. It would have been good if we could have gone through examples of how to put it into practice
