Good practical session Had Ben for all 3 sessions, he was great. He ensured everyone knew each skill and that we all had a practice to feel confident. He praised us when we got each skill right which helped with confidence.

Very interesting course. I have learned about positive behaviour in more depth in which I can use this in practice. However the information is quite repetitive.
