Prefect and good training.

Kirsty the trainer was really enthusiastic but also understanding of each person difficulties/health issues. The course today was extremely informative but also enjoyable.

Good course, engaging with the room well. Wasn’t dragged out and learnt a lot thank you. :)

Ben was brilliant teacher for the PBS session today and I have learnt a lot about how to deal with behaviour and support the patients in the best possible way.

Had a great day and learnt a lot. I work in ED so it was good to learn ways I am able to distract people in a positive way so they don’t sway away from their normal baseline, whatever that may be. Ben was very engaging and kept me interested all day. Thankyou :)

Ben is an excellent teacher! He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the course! He kept me engaged all day! I could listen to him all day everyday regarding his subject! One of the best trainers I've had! Sherwood is very lucky to have him!
