I found the training to be incredibly valuable and insightful. The course was well-structured, engaging, and highly relevant to my practice. It provided a clear framework for understanding behaviour and offered practical strategies for supporting individuals in a person-centred way. The facilitator Ben was very knowledgeable and approachable, creating a safe space for discussion and reflection. I have a greater understanding of the functions of behaviours and have developed my skills and knowledge on how to manage complex situations in my role. I also really loved the workbook! I would highly recommend it to colleagues and hope that more staff from maternity get the opportunity to attend this course. Looking forward to session 2. Thank you!

I am glad to have attended this course today. I have learnt a lot from the class and gained valuable skills today that will equip me for when I am at work. The course was well structured, organised, interactive and engaging. Ben, our trainer, was very helpful, an amazing educator and guider. He has taught me a lot. I really enjoyed the group exercises too. I really appreciate the booklet I have received as well regarding positive behaviour support, so much effort has been put into it for us. I look forward to attending the level 2 and level 3 pbs course very soon. Thank you so much.

Liam and Kirsty are a great and amazing teachers. They teach so well, give answers to our questions. They interact with us so well. I wish to see more of their faces again.

I had some doubts going into this course as it was explained by our managers that it was 'body cam' training. The aim of the course in reality was much different and in actual fact incredibly insightful and useful. It also highlighted areas of my own appraoches to patients at work that made me realise I dont always engage with patients in the best way. It has certainly given me a lot to reflect on and a lot to consider. I also mentioned to the trainer, Ben, that the premise of the course is very similar to a lot of parenting materials I have read. The course instructor, Ben, was brilliant. As someone who struggles to focus for long periods of time, he delivered the course in a manner that meant I was able to concentrate and really absorb the material. Really looking forward to Level 2.
