The training was brilliant and very informative. I really enjoyed it how John made it very collaborative instead of too much information base in terms of PowerPoint presentation. Learning this way has helped me more as it has been visual with important content rather than informative and too much information leading to overload. Thank you

The techniques described and shown was clear and straight to the point. John was knowledgeable and used examples across a lot of areas. There were group engagement which made the day easier.

Very informative and a needed reminder. Delivered in a friendly and welcoming manner where I always felt comfortable. I feel that maybe training should be done in work place so can work together in the team that you would be doing this work with. Also would be able to discuss scenarios within school environment.
