Informative course. Very thought provoking. Trainer gave excellent examples to help understanding. Will be able to use strategies in many aspects of my personal and work life
The refresher course was very educative, I have recalled all the strategies I had not used for a while, Chantelle did well refreshing the theory and practical, I recommend all staff to complete this training
