The traning was very useful and I gain knowledge about how to deal with behaviour that challenge. We have practice exercises and was able to work in small groups.
Good lovely course. Learned a lot on how to de-escalate a situation by talking and using brake away. Training is very knowledgeable polite and patient.

It was great learning this great course. I was able to learn the primary intervention response, trauma informed care.These are to let me me know how service users can be triggered and how I can use primary interventions to act first. I also learnt about restraints and break away techniques and applying the law that governs it. I also learnt about restrictive and non restrictive strategies.
Very engaging, Jonathan was very professional while making us feel really empowered to deal with any situation. A very good course.
Lee delivered an excellent course. He is very knowledgeable and engaging and made sure to ensure everyone understood the different learning objectives throughout. Lee's background is mainly based in childcare, meaning the content was naturally tailored towards this. Despite this, Lee made effort to understand our departments and specific examples which was helpful
