It is being a good day today with the training and the trainer. His ability to take us through ways to talk to people and still be at your base line. The breakaway skills and least ways to restrain people will help me in my day to day living and not only at work. I am privilege to take part in this training with Ben. His teaching skills is awesome. Thank you.
