Thank you so much for a great training session, the course was so enjoyable.
The course was very helpful and i was made to feel comfortable and confident enough to go to packaged requiring more challenging behaviour. Chantelle explained the course really well and in detail and explained how it can benefit both staff and service user.
The course was informative and interesting, chantelle gave relevant info and was happy to answer any questions. she gave good examples that she has experienced which helped give better understanding to a real life situation, overall very helpful.

Liam was an absolutely fantastic trainer, he was very engaging and knowledgeable. I will continue by booking onto level 2 training. I will be able to implement this training on a daily basis with my patients on my ward. Thoroughly enjoyed today's training.
