Great course. Best virtual course I have ever been on for interaction and encouraging people to get involved.

Generally a good course although due to time constraints couldn't go in to the full details.
Response: Hi Tony, thanks for your feedback. You are right we did need a bit more time. We don't usually run this course at capacity (10 delegates), which meant we did need more time to accommodate everyone, when it came to skills practice etc. We have now extended the course by 30 minutes to allow more time when we have a larger number of delegates. I thought the course was really helpful in terms of the techniques taught. The trainer was also really engaging and involved everyone so you didn't feel like anything was lost from the training experience by it being online.

Overall I found the training very useful to get a good overall understanding of insurance and its terms. I think it was useful for me as it gave clarification on terms that I was unsure on however I think if I did this too early on then it would have been too much information at once. So I think the course is right for someone who has been in insurance around a month/6 weeks.

Really enjoyed the format of the training course, despite everyone attending remotely it felt very interactive. Perhaps some attendees feel more comfortable getting involved when they are participating virtually. Sarah was really helpful as well and very patient with any teething and technical issues anyone had using webinar for the first time. Course content was also good.

Trainer was very engaging and made content interesting/come alive. Actual content perhaps a bit too basic for underwriters who have completed LM1 and LM2 of the CII Cert. I can see how employees not in underwriting roles would find this course extremely useful.
