A very good training package, pitched at all levels at the right pace. The trainer was thoroughly knowledgeable about the subject matter. I felt he was a good trainer, he interacted in very human manner and made the subject matter interesting.

Overall – enjoyed and enjoyed John’s presentation style. Thought it spread out over 3 modules was good as all that information in one day would have been too much for me. Really enjoyed the first and third session as I thought it gave a broad understanding of how complex running an Insurance company is and could relate to the last session on financial instruments. The second session I found quite hard going and not sure I understood some of the concepts, the IBNR and the IBNER etc is still a mystery to me ! But I am not working on the survey continually so do not understand all the nuances. For the future it would be good to get some examples that relate to issues we have on the questionnaires.

I thoroughly enjoy the training. The pace of the sessions were just right and John interacted well with all the participants and made a very dry subject both interesting and enjoyable. I’ve no real constructive feedback to give really. It was unfortunate that some participants kept losing connection but that’s more on an ONS issue.

Course was delivered well and trainer kept everyone engaged. The trainer's method of picking on people to answer questions did make me feel uncomfortable especially in a group of where they're a vast difference in levels of understanding and knowledge.
Response: Hi Laura, thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that the questioning made you feel uncomfortable at times. John wasn't singling you out, honest, he was just trying to make sure everyone was on page. It is a little harder to assess in an online environment.
Really enjoyed the course. The constant inclusion i thought really helped and definitely kept it interesting with the current situation of having to do everything online.

I really enjoyed the course, it was much more interactive than I expected and so much better than other webinars I have attended recently which do not require participation. Because of the interaction and the skills of the trainer I was fully engaged and got a lot out of the course. Thank you!

This was the first time I had undertaken such a web based interactive training course. Once I had got to grips with how to use the interactive tools, it was good and proves it can work. The interactive tools also ensure everyone is involved and not too distracted by emails popping up. My only issue was a long delay in my responses going back to the moderator, which made role playing nigh on impossible for me at least. I am sure this is a connectivity issue others have from time to time.
