As always Charlotte was clear and concise, and made the training interesting for all.

I found the course very helpful and David engaging. My only feedback would be that this perhaps needs to be split into two sessions. it is a long day with a lot of information to retain and not enough time to focus on the more challenging parts.

John is an excellent trainer. The content was spot on and pitched at just the right level. I also valued the interaction he had with trainees.

Charlotte Warr is one of the best trainers in the market and I thoroughly enjoyed the thought provoking session we had here at Tysers. It was insightful to see how different departments deal with MRC's and also how wording/interpretation can be easily misconstrued. Learning about the MRCV3 is also fundamental to the progress of the standard MRC. Massive thanks to Charlotte for her time and making the changes to the MRC seem easy to understand.
