Charlotte Warr is one of the best trainers in the market and I thoroughly enjoyed the thought provoking session we had here at Tysers. It was insightful to see how different departments deal with MRC's and also how wording/interpretation can be easily misconstrued. Learning about the MRCV3 is also fundamental to the progress of the standard MRC. Massive thanks to Charlotte for her time and making the changes to the MRC seem easy to understand.

Excess of loss analysis was very useful - maybe some breakout areas with individuals discussing some topics would lead to slightly higher engagement (something I've done on other virtual courses).

The course covered the key aspects of reinsurance in an easy to follow and well explained format. I will be recommending this to my peers who were not on the session for sure!

I really enjoyed it and it was really informative. I’m not sure I needed to know all of the content in my role but it’s interesting to know more about reinsurance!

Was a great course which was lead very well by the trainer. He made it easy to follow and it was very insightful. It helped me gain a greater understanding into the work that I do everyday and is going to massively benefit me going forwards. The materials given to us are also great as in future I can go back and refer to it if I get stuck with anything.
