Not enough training on personAl care moving and handling- how to actually roll on the bed

The workbook and slides didn't match up sometimes so it was confusing to know what the slide was referring to (what part of the work booklet). The email originally received told us to go to a certain room at the venue, however, the training took place not in the room so the start of the training was confusing and delayed.

very interesting and informative course length ok wish would have been in person rather than zoom

Found the course abit too long if your refreshing & done them several times before.

Excellent trainer Poor content, far too heavy on values. In fact NHSP failed to identify the goals of this training which would be a good place to start.

In person training will be necessary too for CPR with a dummy. Trainer (Wayne) was fantastic and very helpful

no practical so how can we undertake moving and handling confidently?

Not all of the course content was relevant to all attendees, not all attendees are at a "basic" or "introductory" level. I enjoyed the training but with the above caveats
