The objectives were not introduced so it's difficult to say if they were achieved. If this is to be offered out as a training session it needs to be structured accordingly.

Too long. Would prefer to get paid for this, lost a days pay

Course content very good but I have issues with doing it online. Trainer was brilliant but I found it hard to deal with the IT element of it

i dont think this training works as online training

As mentioned previously, Sarah was very nice and informative, didn't keep to what was on the powerpoint and expanded on and answered questions with ease and professionally

Fine, a bit repetitive Couldn't see the booklet being held up, rather too small

Felt very disjointed,

Good refresher

Nice to be with other colleagues to discuss issues most of the theory is already completed in the training modules which are also repeated every year.
