Course timetabled for 3 hours 30 minutes finished after 1hr 45 mins, 1.30pm start, finished by 3.15. For those of us who have never administered an injection before, this is the most critical skill to try, but there was no opportunity to use an actual, filled syringe and needle in a prosthetic. Empty syringe with no needle only.

My personal opinion is moving and handling training should be conducted in person and not on line, the most important part of the training is the practical execution of a lift. Many people think they are lifting in the correct way, but in reality they do not have correct posture etc.

Was an easy way to have a refresher

A big difference between the training and the real world. We don't always have the time or the equipment to do things the way the trainer suggested. Also, the course didn't really relate to my jobrole

Wayne did his best at delivering online. The team of us discussed practices. However, I would have appreciated in person as the practical aspect is necessary.

The slides didn't seem to make logical sense and were a repeat of everything we have done in the online training
