We all felt that the training in person is much better. Lots of distractions with people not knowing how to connect to the training, accessing mute buttons etc.

Online courses are not enough to learn such a practice in my opinion, but for the way it was done, it was a good course.

Course was a good lengh, but did feel the videos could have been a bit better in content and explain good and bad practices more.

Several things: wasn’t informed that these were unpaid days until a fellow trainee informed me, the course was targeted at people with little or no experience - my peer and I had over 70yrs between us so lots of unnecessary information could have been shared but Mike was very good to taper the course to our needs.
