Godd refresher training

The course was peg training but covered a lot of aspects we don't use at work I would prefer flocare training.

Very dull - needs to be more interactive

Should have more everyday situations. We don't deal with hoists and it was mostly about that.

The first day of the course could have been done in a few hours , Much of the content staff who are employed in NHS trusts have completed every year. It would have been better do anphylaxis and BLS together , which would make the training more interesting Staff who do not have a full time contract will have done BLS greater focus should be on staff who work permeant bank The class was a mix of HCA care home and trained staff who needs did differ the trainer was kind enough to provide tea and coffee very thoughtful More localized

unfortunately the videos didnt work - I learn by seeing and doing so listening and looking at slides doesnt suit my learning. I understand why by zoom in current situation had difficulty in zoom freezing It was useful as a basis Asked trainer about anaphylactic shock - she was really helpful in discussing situation and actions to be taken
