Great course but struggled being on zoom with concentrating levels

But could have been better.

I did not get much from the Training PBS; My expectation was disappointing, some questions were not answered fully to my understanding, felt much knowledge was not given to the class. Day 2 was better with Basic Life Skills, much understanding and learnt more.

information could have been condensed slightly and practical element required

basic training not as good as practical

Have more videos of how to use sliding sheets in different ways.

Was good and trainer knowledgable

Less than 2.5 hours doesn't seem long enough to complete first aid properley

Nothing new, but good refresh

Course objective was achieved but needs to focus more on mental health in the future
