I thought this was a great introductory course to jump-start my transition into the IT field.

I think it helped me somewhat that I was a little familiar with using the program already.
The pacing is entirely too slow. Even our slowest learners were chatting in teams while we waited. This could be a 2 hour session. The ultra basics of gifs, emojis, and stickers was covered by the introduction of Facebook years ago. The material was out of sync with the latest software version leaving many confused about what we needed to do. There was a lot of "are you done" and not enough "we're moving on if you don't have questions". It doesn't take 10 minutes to post 3 messages using emojis or files. We've been using the software for months. We've got that part down. The integrations of the software and tools would be more useful.
Rich Petti was a great instructor. If it were to be anyone else, I truly think I wouldn't have gotten the content so fast.
Again, I would create other avenues of learning activities to engage the students. Even though everyone is on zoom there are still ways to engage them without chaos, or certain students constantly answering the questions and not allowing others to say anything. It's death by PowerPoints & there are solutions so it is fun and exciting. Every instructor has different teaching styles so this isn't any negativity towards Josh. He definitely knows his material.

This course is a LOT of information in a very short amount of time that builds upon the previous classes. Very important to know your vocabulary BEFORE you start the class.
Overall it's a great learning experience, my only complain is the long online hours.
