This was a great introduction to the ITIL-4 concepts and best practices..
Even though the provided instructor (Lee Hughes) was able to get this group engaged and prepared to test, that is not to say that EVERY instructor will be able to do the same. I have experienced other instructors that did not captivate my attention as much, and it tends to make you not as focused in the material as needed. In that capacity, I would suggest additional time for the course.
One of the best and most useful CPE (for the CPA and CFE) courses I have taken in any area.
Great course overall. Again, very dense but achievable with focused level of effort.
Overall, it was a great refresher and provided a good understanding of my weaknesses re: things I need to further study/learn and things I already know.
classes are too short and 2 weeks is too short at least 3 weeks its alot of material to cover
The course was Great. The instructor was very knowledgeable. I was shown real world mechanics and course material and labs were on point.
