Mac users could not participate in any of the labs. Students have not money in order to buy windows computers. For the price if computers were issued it would have been better. The class ended at 11pm. IF you work a regular 9 to 5 and have to drive an hour from work to home you literally have no study time.This should be a month course with HANDS ONso students can actually learn the objectives. You listen to lectures for 2 weeks and hope and pray to God you maintained enough information to even pass the 25 question assessment at the end. I have known people in the IT world who could not pass the certification on the first try and we are expected to do it after 2 weeks. Counselors should be assigned to each student to call them after a week of completion to check on the student and see if they need assistance.

Lot's of topics grouped into one class session made it difficult to keep up. With not having the time needed to study as I am employed full time, made it difficult to retain a big amount of the lessons.

The A+ core 1 and 2 in this course was very detailed and was explained in a very easy way to remember. If you have the chance to take it I highly recommend it.

The time allotted for the course was very short as so many materials given little time for explanation.

Seemed much easier than Sec+ because of similar material. The instructor made sure that the information stuck through many different methods such as personal stories, key words, and humor when applicable.

The training tools are a big plus for after class, but I'd put some above others when it comes to being user friendly. I really can appreciate the learn on demand. Learn on demand is very easy to follow. So I actually did it and will continue to use it if available. The course is very fast pace ,but as a military veteran I'm good with it.

It was interesting to have an insight on different functions in ACL

This course does need more time to absorb and practice the commands.

Overall the course was challenging and exceeded my expectations. Mr. Gardner was very knowledgeable of the material. I would highly recommend this program of study.

Overall, I'm enjoying and appreciating the LeaderQuest platform for remote learning through Zoom. Students are provided with more than enough materials and resources, both official and not, to help them learn and practice the material in preparation for the certification exams.
