Overall, the course was great and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor in KJ. Not only does he do well at educating you in the material, but he checks up and makes sure you're on course for getting all the info you need to pass your exam out of Leader Quest. He's a phenomenal instructor and seems like a genuine human being, which is awesome to have. 5 stars all around, 10 stars if that's a thing.
I cannot express how grateful I am to be a part of this course, and to the staff that have made this possible. Thank you KJ, and all of the other individuals that have assisted and will assist with the remainder of my education here.
I'm a hands on person/OJT which would be better for me to have in person classes rather than ZOOM but current times do not allow it.
Overall a great class for new entries to the IT field.
While all courses I've taken with Pat seem to cover a large amount of information, he successfully goes over it and provides help as needed. This course contains more information than any of my previous courses and it reassuring to know that even once the course is complete he will be there to assist us.
maybe a 3rd week to help go over the objectives in more detail.
A very good introductory course, it would have helped if the course is extended over multiple weeks/months.
I wish I could have had more time during class to study that afterwards but this is an investment to my future and sacrifices must be made in order to achieve your goal!
I would have liked to see the course split into 2 weeks and into 4 hour sessions as well. But it still was a great course and I really enjoyed my time learning about ITIL. I look forward to building upon the skills I have learned throughout this course.
More time and more hands on would have been a tremendous help. Other than that the course was amazingly thorough.
