I was told i was going to receive a voucher for the ITIL 4 app, in which everyone says is very helpful, but never received an email through Gmail. Bob Villareal got back with me and said he sent it twice, and my email was correct, he's currently in talks with customer service. So there's an issue with Google play and the gift cards not being sent out. Figured you guys would want to know, as of Friday morning I still haven't received the email.

Overall great course. Homework takes much longer than 2 hours, but labs and exercises/quizzes are helpful to learning process and videos and notes are informative. Instructor very knowledgeable and encouraging.

The syllabus was perfect this time and spelled everything out. I would have liked the course to be maybe a week longer. So much info over the last two courses.

I think the 8 hr class time made it very difficult to stay engaged. However, the professor was great at giving real-world examples that he made the class go by faster.

There was an adequate amount of time to learn all of the material. The course was new for almost everyone in the class, so time to digest the information on our own was excellent.

A good training

This was a very relevant and well structured course which will enable us to remain relevant and be agency of positive change in our organizations.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone that is seeking the Sec+ certification.

I wish all instructors kept things to the point and stayed focused like Mr. Allen. I feel like other instructors tend to get caught up in the real-world examples and tend to drone; I know the idea is to keep things interesting and connect real-course, but I feel like things can get easily off topic and convoluted. Mr. Allen kept on subject.

My only suggestion would be to add a 10 assessment quiz after each lesson (to include homework). overall great class hopefully I have the same instructor for 102.
