Great program for basic knowledge

The instructor did his very part. Very knowledgeable instructor. Takes his time to explain. I will recommend him to all.

I had prior bad experiences going through any type of schooling. This has turned that around tremendously. Moving forward, I know that I will be able to get a job, and actually know the terms for what I am doing, instead of my previous statements of - "The yellow thing with the multi prong - yeah that one" Over all, this class was helpful, and I had an excuse to buy more note books. So, Killed it 100%

it was a good idea to bring in former students to speak. i believe we are missing out on the opportunity to bond with our fellow classmates by taking the class on line. other then that, it's a good class.

Great course for many individuals whos fresh into IT or A +. You will gain a lot of knowledge about the hardware side along with software.

Even though the instructor took the time to answer questions and make sure we understood.. I feel like its a lot of information to learn in two weeks, for a new person that doesn't have any IT backgroud.

I feel that the course was a bit rushed and needed more time to get a better overall understanding, especially if you're a beginner.

only real issue with the course is it would make it FAR easier to learn if a lot more of the acronyms were written out to help us remember what we were talking about during the lesson such as TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) at least for a few slide.

Too much material that I didn't understand.
